SOUTH CAROLINA LEGISLATION SUCCESSES 2022
- Worked to prevent Sunday sales legislation from gaining traction in South Carolina.
- Alcohol delivery and curbside – working to get liquor added to any legislation that would allow for curbside delivery and potentially alcohol delivery.
- Worked to prevent Gallo from selling liquor in their retail locations, helped limit the amount of wine they can sell at satellite locations, and limited the number of satellite locations that Gallo could operate in the state.
- Worked with the microdistillers to limit the number of bottles they can sell for off-premise consumption.
